The arrangement (1) has an outer tube (2) and an inner cannula (3) that is inserted into the tube and is extracted from the tube. The cannula has a flexible layer (21) and a supporting structure supporting the layer, where the flexible layer forms an inner surface of the cannula. The structure is formed by a hose-shaped netting (20) having filaments and/or fibers that are made of plastic. The structure is completely surrounded by the layer such that an outer surface of the cannula is formed by the layer. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing an inner channel for a tracheal or tracheostomy tube arrangement.
