The regulating means for the absorption of humidity through human skin, comprises particles (4) with dimensions applied on the layer or substrate, where the dimensions are smaller than the opening diameter of the pores (2), water and/or an organic solvent. The dimensions of the particles are small so that more particles deposit in the pores. The particles deposited in the pores are connected under formation of continuous reticulation having cavities and are contained in a fluid applied on the layer and/or the substrate or are bound by a substance rubbable on the layer and/or the substrate. The regulating means for the absorption of humidity through human skin, comprises particles (4) with dimensions applied on the layer or substrate, where the dimensions are smaller than the opening diameter of the pores (2), water and/or an organic solvent. The dimensions of the particles are small so that more particles deposit in the pores. The particles deposited in the pores are connected under formation of continuous reticulation having cavities and are contained in a fluid applied on the layer and/or the substrate or are bound by a substance rubbable on the layer and/or the substrate in highly viscous manner. The particles are manufactured outside of the liquid and in the liquid dispersed or washed in the liquid, and are hybrid particles comprising inorganic and organic material. An independent claim is included for a procedure for regulating for the absorption of humidity through the skin.
