The machine for printing flexible substrates, e.g. embossed films, in-mold films, partially coated films or functional films, with different decor media which are difficult to detect and/or moving at speed has parallel gravure raster rollers (14), each incorporating a decor roller (16a, 16b) and a registration mark roller (17). The decor rollers dip into baths (20a, 20b), through which the decor media (22a, 22b) move. The registration mark roller dips into a bath containing a stationary or very slowly moving registration mark medium (23).
