The pump (1) has a double-walled cylinder (2) as a housing, and a fluid ring of a working fluid (7) provided between inner and outer walls. A circular disc-shaped hollow cylinder (6) is provided at heating side of the pump, where vaporization temperature is generated in a fluid disc of the working fluid provided in the cylinder (6) to vaporize the fluid by friction. The pump is induced by decreasing moment of inertia of the working fluid and associated angular acceleration in a path of the fluid from a periphery of the cylinder (2) to rotary axis of the cylinder (2).
