A control device (3) is axially arranged in the tube and equipped with a movable partition wall that changes a control cross-section by a locking piece acting on a seat. A flow cross-section (9) is adjusted with an actuator (29) acting on an actuation part (8) by a handle (7) that is non-covered by the actuator. A state of the handle is read on an indicator (19) e.g. scale, that indicates a pre-adjustment of the flow cross-section.
