The support has a three dimensional mild spacer (1) comprising textile knitted fabric and open porous foam. The spacer is provided with air- and water vapor-permeable membrane at a seat- and/or couch side with micro-pores, where the membrane is a component of a laminate attached on the spacer. The air and water vapor are impermeable in a rear side of the support. Connections (5) permit formation of light low-pressure, which is utilized for transporting transpired humidity. The low-pressure is produced by a pump or a blower.
