Highway cutter with an undercarriage (13) having a separate drive and a rotating cutting roller (11) with a cylindrical generated surface having cutting chisels (21) on its surface. A liquid chamber (26) is located in an internal space of the cutting roller, from which liquid can be sprayed thru nozzles (23).
