The device has an amplifier circuit amplifying an input signal into an output signal and exhibiting electrical components (94) electrically connected with each other by line connections. A soldering strip (9) includes retainers (91) on a side (9a) for fastening the electrical components and soldering joints on another side for fastening the line connections. The electrical components are arranged on the former side of the soldering strip and the line connections are arranged on the latter side of the strip. A sealing compound is formed by an epoxy resin.
