The device has a cage (1) formed from two opposite lying, rectangular cover plates (2.1,2.2) and a toothed bars (3,4.1,4.2,4.5,4.6) is fixed between all four sides of the rectangular cover plates for sealing of received substrates. The pin-like teeths (7) is received in tooth spaces from four sides i.e. from down from the sides and from above, fixed and held at a distance.
