The carrier has a supporter provided with an electrical antenna (12) connected with goods. A detecting plate (16) comprises an electronic chip module (18), and is connected with a textile label (10), textile goods or the supporter. A coupling unit (20) connected with the electronic chip module is arranged on the detecting plate. The coupling unit is inductively and/or capacitively coupled with the electrical antenna of the textile label, textile goods or supporter. The electrical antenna is mechanically shortened, and exhibits a meander shaped extension inductance (14).
