The device (10) includes data record identification code (14) which has a patient pseudonym (18) and the physician pseudonym. The patient pseudonym is available in a computer (24), which manufactures the allocation to associated patient identifying data (22) within the computer. A physician identification code (20), in the same or another computer, manufactures the allocation to associated physician identifying data (28) within the computer. An independent claim is also included for a method for de-pseudonymization of pseudonym patient data.
