The folding top has a water guidance (8) attached to a side beam with a guide rail during closing of the folding top. The side beam is in connection with a sealing (7), where the folding top extends between a rear flap and a windscreen. A channel (9) forms the water guidance of the guide rail of the side beam, where the channel exhibits the dynamics of the water when closing a front sun roof (1) and breakwater. A horizontal suspension is connected with a frame limiting the windscreen in a sealed manner.
