The cabin individual lighting for an aircraft, with a light source (10) provided for one or for a group of passengers, has an anti-glare device (20) with a number of light-directing units each with a light entry opening, a light exit opening, and a wall which connects the light entry opening and light exit opening, wherein the light-directing units allow a dispersion of a light which is emitted from the light source basically only to the passengers allocated to the light source. An independent claim is included for an aircraft with cabin individual lighting.
