The foil (1) has a carrier foil, and conductive strips (2, 5, 6) attached at the carrier foil. A reflection foil is provided on one side of the heating foil. The reflection foil is laminated, where the reflection foil is aluminum foil. A cover foil is provided on both sides of the heating foil. An insulating layer is provided at its lower side in an installed condition, where the insulating layer is a polystyrene layer. The conductive strips exhibit meander shaped configuration.
