The guide has a groove (11) formed on both sides of a guide rail (1). A U-shaped guiding carriage (2) is arranged on the rail. Two end caps (3) are attached at both sides of the carriage. Two annular bodies (52) and a connection section (51) are held in a connector (5). The bodies are arranged between a ball (A) and a rolling cylinder. The section provided outside the ball and the cylinder is formed as an elongated strip to connect the bodies. The bodies are formed of different radial thicknesses based on the form of a molding pin with a variable cross-section.
