The vehicle has a dolly unit (15) with two wheels guidable relative to frame (16). A brake assembly controls braking force, and separately acts on the wheels of the dolly-unit for each side of the vehicle based on planned change in a direction of travel. An axis (20) at the frame of the dolly unit is guidable as a center pivot plate construction. The frame is rotatably connected with another frame around a vertical axis, where wheels of the frames are separately breakable on different sides of the vehicle.
