The system has a discharge unit in a trough and a connecting hose. An air reservoir e.g. bellows, is provided between a compressed air generator and the discharge unit and functionally engaged with an exhaust valve. The exhaust valve e.g. pressure relief valve, opens or closes spontaneously with a pre-selectable air pressures. The exhaust valve is operated with an actuator, which is controllable from outer side. The actuators are controllable by pre-selectable therapy programs.
