The electric servo steering device (100) has an engine (60) and a worm gear (62), which is so provided at the rotating shaft (61) of the engine. A worm wheel (13) meshes with the worm gear and produces a connection to a steering system (5,8,9). A crankcase of the engine is arranged at the gearbox (20). An eccentric device approaches the rotating shaft by rotating the crankcase relative to the gearbox in the kind of a parallel displacement at a rotating axis of the worm wheel or moves away from the rotating shaft.
