The device has a transponder comprising a transmission unit (3) and a receiver unit (4), where signals for stimulating the transponder are emitted by the transmission unit. The receiver unit analyzes signals manipulated and/or emitted by the transponder, and a transmission coil (5) of the transmission unit and a receiver coil (7) of the receiver unit are decoupled from each other. The decoupling of the transmission and receiver coils is achieved by spatial arrangement of the transmission and receiver coils to each other.
