An edge of the cup-shaped retainer has a semicircular edge recess (4) and a collar flange (5) in an area outside of the edge recess. The retainer is fixed by a mounting unit (16) in form of an adhesive plaster (17) in the penis of the user, where the mounting unit is attached to the collar flange and to a skin of a penis shank of the user.
