The architecture (1) has a database for storing identities of health professionals by an assignment to a definite integrated circuit card (ICC) serial number. A dynamic database i.e. assignment table, is utilized for storing assignment of address data by data terminals (10-15) and the ICC serial numbers of the professional identification. A service detects the data terminal by a requirement of the ICC serial number of the professional, and the associated professional identification is provided in the data terminal. The architecture has a medical data management system (2).
