Two-stranded, two-pulsed electronically commutated motors synchronous running controlling method, involves simultaneously commutating current in all stator windings by current feeding arrangement i.e. n-channel MOSFET
The method involves suppressing rotor position signals when the duration of a signal impulse exceeds a preset time period during the operation of electronically commutated motors (110, 112, 114, 116). Unsuppressed rotor position signals (H1-H4) are continuously analyzed during the running of the motors. The current in all stator windings (120, 122, 126, 128, 132, 134, 138, 140) is simultaneously commutated by a current feeding arrangement i.e. n-channel MOSFET (158, 172), when it is analyzed that all permanent magnetic rotors (118, 124, 130, 136) ran through a preset rotor position. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for controlling the synchronous running of multiple electronically commutated motors.
