The arrangement has a discharge line (20) of a side of a hydraulic working cylinder (1) connected with a discharge line (30) and/or a pulling line (22) of an opposite side of the working cylinder. The lines are connected with a tank (7) over an arrangement of a non-return valve (14) and a counter balance valve (15). The non-return valve is locked in a direction of the tank, and the counter balance valve is opened in the direction of the tank. The non-return valve and the counter balance valve are provided in a common housing.
