The procedure for high pressure mixing of chemically reactive fluid components for producing polyurethane resin, two-component resin and shaped articles, comprises feeding volume flow of first and second fluid components to an injection device under pressure, injecting a fluid jet of each component into a mixing chamber (11) of a mixing device, adjusting the operating position of a piston part (13) in relation to the injection nozzle, producing a swirled and highly turbulent condition in the fluid jet, and forming the jet with radial extensions, when it flow through the outlet opening. The procedure for high pressure mixing of chemically reactive fluid components for producing polyurethane resin, two-component resin and shaped articles, comprises feeding volume flow of first and second fluid components to an injection device under pressure, injecting a fluid jet of each component into a mixing chamber (11) of a mixing device, in which the chemical components are thoroughly mixed by collision and turbulence, adjusting the operating position of a piston part (13) in relation to the injection nozzle to form an outlet opening provided with extensions with a self-narrowing cross-section area, which is connected with the volume flow of the chemical component to cause a pre-determined pressure drop in the jet, producing a swirled and highly turbulent condition in the fluid jet, and forming the jet with radial extensions, when it flow through the outlet opening. The injection device has an injection nozzle and the control piston part for controlling the pressure drop of the fluid. The injection nozzle and the piston have upper surfaces turned to contact with the fluid for discharging the fluid jet. The shape of the injection nozzles and/or the piston part is formed to provide the opening. The jet is formed, while the chemical fluid components are allowed to run along the smooth contact upper surfaces of the nozzle and/or the piston part with sharp edges. The extensions extend itself in radial and longitudinal direction of the nozzle. An additional and highly turbulent vortex state in the fluid is produced by sharp edges. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for injecting chemically reactive fluid components into a mixing chamber of a mixing device for the production of polyurethane resins, two-component resins and shaped articles; and (2) device for high-pressure mixing of chemically reactive fluid components for producing polyurethane resin, two-component resin and shaped articles.
