The pressure reducer (10) has an adjustable pressure-reducing valve arranged between an inlet (18) and an outlet (20) to adjust the output pressure of the outlet, and a pressure sensor with pointer that operates based on the output pressure. The pressure reducer has an adjustable indicator with scale for showing the values for the highest discharge pressure. The scale cooperates with a first marking to adjust the display to desired value. The first marking is connected to a second marking which cooperates with a pointer that indicates optimum pressure value for pressure regulation. An independent claim is included for the pressure reducer arrangement.
