The Coanda device (12) has a high-speed fluid flow (18) which is induced to an end-use system (20) through flow path which flows with device and is in connection state. The high-speed fluid flow is generated by providing a pressurization flow (14) which is introduced along a Coanda profile accompanied by additional fluid flow (16). The additional fluid flow contains an airflow in the pressurization flow including an exhaust gas. The Coanda profile enables adhesion of the pressurization flow with respect to the profile. Independent claims are also included for the following; (1) a wind-mill system; (2) a gas-turbine system; and (3) a method to raise the efficiency of an energy extraction system.
