The current generator has slant mesh arranged in inner upper part of water reservoir (10). A guiding passage cabinet (12) is fixed with the main axis and connected to an end with the net basket arranged in the opening (10a) on upper side of the water reservoir. The hydraulic cylinder (30) is arranged in lower part of the lower suspension ball guide pipe. The suspension ball intake channel (31) is formed on the upper side of the movement element (30') which retains the suspension ball and delivers into the water reservoir and a tap is designed on a reservoir to supply the water.
