The system has a head pipe supporting a front wheel (1), and a front lining (7), which covers an area from a section before the head pipe up to a section at a front side of a seat (10). The seat is arranged in a center of a vehicle body, and an actuating mechanism actuates a parking brake (14). The actuating mechanism is arranged at an inner side of the front lining before the seat, and an actuating lever lies partly downward freely by a lower section of the front lining that is opened downward. The brake locks a rear wheel (2) at a time period, at which a motor cycle is parked.
