The body (7) is a coil spring with winding angle (delta ). It is placed between and connected to the front and rear covers (4, 5). The internal frustrated-conical bushes (11) have base planes inclined at the angle (alpha ) with respect to the longitudinal axis. All these bases are identically-inclined, leaning to the right or the left. The last bush is conical, but could have other geometric forms. The coil winding planes intersect the base planes. The following pairs of components are solidly-connected or integrally-constructed: the piston and the last bush; the piston and the rear cover of the cylinder; the piston and rod (3).
