The plug connection (1), for lines carrying fluids at higher system pressures (p1) than a comparative pressure (p2), has at least one coupling (2,2a,2b) to lock a hose or tube to the plug. At least one elastomer peripheral seal (3) is in a groove (4,14,24) around the plug body (5) to close the gap (7,7a,7b) of the recess opening (6) in the operating position. The seal is secured by a vulcanized or adhesive bond with the flank (4b,14a,24a) at the groove side towards the pressure drop.
