A small portable power generating device includes: a fuel and air supply device that mixes externally supplied fuel with outside air to provide mixed gas; a DC-flushed micromotor which receives the mixed gas from the fuel and air supply device and ignites the mixed gas to explode; an operation panel for operating and controlling the micromotor with DC purge; a capacitor bank that powers the control panel and the micromotor with DC purge. The portable power generating device is easy to carry and can be used without spatial and local restrictions.
