The body has a cooling plate comprising multiple coolant channels that are running parallel to each other. Two connection units are provided for supply and discharge of coolant, respectively. The connection units are connected parallel to the coolant channels for a moderate flow of coolant. A fluid conducting unit that is made up of aluminum includes surfaces formed to be hydrophilic and hydrophobic. Each surface of the fluid conducting unit is provided with a nano-lacquer layer.
