The structure has a rotor iron core (9a, 9b) fixed on an axis concentrical to a stator iron core (4), where the rotor and stator iron cores are formed by laminating a number of circular thin rotor and stator iron disks, respectively. The iron cores are connected with each other by fixing the iron disks, where a center of unevenness for fixing the stator iron disk is present outside of a minimum circular surface. A center of unevenness for fixing the rotor iron disk is present within an outer edge of a rotor (6).
