Parameter detection method involves filling a reservoir (1) with a fluid and another reservoir (2) with another fluid. A connection channel (4) is provided, which connects the former reservoir with the later reservoir. A fluid mixture of the former and the later fluid is regulated with a linearly changeable mixture gradient and detection of a parameter of the fluid mixture in the connecting channel (4). An independent claim is also included for a micro fluid device for parameter detection, particularly for determining a dissociation temperature.
