PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time slot allocating method and a signal transmitting method capable of realizing compatibility between quality ensuring of a radio channel and high efficiency of the channel.;SOLUTION: In the time slot allocating method, each time slot is allocated to signal transmission for each radio frame of a radio channel which is provided between a radio base station and mobile stations in a mobile communication system and is time-divided into time slots. This method determines at least either a first slot group which consists of one or more consecutive time slots, and is allocated to outgoing line signal transmission or a second time slot group which consists of one or more consecutive time slots and is allocated to incoming line signal transmission, and a third slot group which consists of a plurality of time slots other than the time slots in the first and second time slot groups and to which either the outgoing signal transmission or the another signal transmission is allocated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
