Cosmetic composition comprises a nonpolymeric organic salt with a melting point below 60 degrees C. An Independent claim is also included for cosmetic treatment of keratinic materials by applying the above composition at 10-80 degrees C and optionally rinsing after 15 seconds to 30 minutes.
