The blade has a weaving made of double carbon layer with a triple weave structure. The blade has longitudinal gills (7) hydrodynmically cutting through the blade to provide a lever arm required at the beginning of undulation in water or greater frequency of movements. Transversal gills (6) provided with respect to the direction of the swimming are located one third rear to the blade for reducing turbulences.
