The method involves horizontal mounting of a rigid modular support plate (1) in suspension on three surface zones of a bridge (5) for taking support on reinforcements (29) or near reinforcement of the bridge and with a balanced distribution of weights on each of the zones. The equipment of the plate is mounted at ground in an area in an appropriate manner for completing the connections of elements between them such as pump, compressor, connecting pipe.
