The purification of urban, industrial or animal effluents comprises bacterially treating the effluents, electro-flocculating the effluents for forming coagulated compounds in the effluent and filtrating the effluent for separating concentrate. During the filtration, the effluent is subjected to a tangential filtration. At the end of the filtration, the concentrate is subjected to a biological treatment while the purified filtrate is evacuated. Independent claims are included for: (1) an effluent purification station; and (2) a sanitary installation such as shower and toilet.
