The cylinder head for a diesel or petrol engine with direct injection, comprises an intake conduit having first and second channels (22a, 22b) separated by a wall (51), an input opening connected to an induction distributor (11), and an output opening that covers a valve head. The first and second channels are overlying in an axis of the valve, and have a non-coincidence surface. The separation wall has a thickness of 2 mm. The first channel comprises a spoiler (65) that produces a rotational movement to an effluent gas of the channel. The two channels comprise an adjustable sealing unit. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process of fabricating a sand core; and (2) an internal combustion engine.
