The bar has a handle (11) integrated to an end tool (12) i.e. lug, having a fixation end (13), and interlocking units for raising and displacing heavy load. The interlocking units has an angle block (15) at an end of the tool and a set of stepped bosses (19) distributed in rows in a toe-kick shaped intermediary part (14). The block is constituted of rectilinear lower and upper surfaces (17, 18), where an inclination angle of the part with respect to the lower surface is higher than that of the upper surface. The bosses are separated by hollows to constitute supports zones.
