The arrangement has a parking hand brake (20) comprising a bend hand brake lever (21) pivoting around a transversal axle. A gear lever (2) is mounted in a support bearing (10) by a ball and socket joint, and is implanted in the hand brake lever. The hand brake lever is mounted around the bearing for articulating with the gear lever, and the support bearing is constituted of an upper semi-bearing (11) removably fixed to a lower semi-bearing (12) by two fixation screws (13).
