The substrate (3) has a part of artificial or mineral particles (4) having a sand`s granulometry, comprised between 80 micrometer and 3 millimeter. The particles constitute a frame of the substrate and represent 25 to 99.9 percent of total weight of the substrate. A part of particles (5) is mixed and incorporated to the frame. Each particle (5) has dimensions greater than the granulometry of the particles (4) such that the particles (5) are located at the neighborhood or contact a set of the particles (4). Dosage of the particles is equal to 2 grams per liter of the substrate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a protocol for measurement and functional evaluation of a substrate (2) a protocol for comparison between substrates (3) a method for classifying substrates in a number of classes from a substrate`s measurement and functional evaluation protocol (4) a turf surface forming a system comprising a natural turf (5) a mode or realization of a turf surface (6) a method for manufacturing a turf surface (7) a protocol for initial classification of a turf surface (8) a protocol for measurement, evaluation and classification and posterior control of a gas surface (9) a protocol for comparison of two sportive surfaces (10) a protocol for classification of turf sportive surfaces (11) a modular natural sports play area system permitting to install a play area on a bottom (12) a method for manufacturing a rigid and lower part of modules (13) a method for manufacturing a flexible intermediate part of modules (14) a method for filling modules and installation of a flexible peripheral belt.
