The platform has an endless screw activating engine (5) and a propulsion engine (6) for displacement of a trolley and a lifting scissors (3), and a control unit assembled on a centralized control case (10) which is fixed on a retractable vertical stand and which is tilted on the platform. The lifting scissors is activated by the endless screw activating engine that acts on an endless screw (4). The lifting scissors has a height extending from fifteen to one hundred and ten centimeters above the ground.
