The device has a case (1) closed by an end fitting (2). A fixation interface (6) and a guiding flange (5) are mounted on an internal surface (2a) of the end fitting and are blocked in rotation by blocking units and fixation units (16-18) e.g. screw, respectively. The blocking units are constituted of support surfaces (11, 12), projected parts (13, 14) e.g. stud, and hollow elements (15). The guiding flange has external surface supported on an internal surface (6a) of the fixation interface for blocking the fixation interface in axial translation with respect to the end fitting.
