The device has a plate (5) for fixation against a wall (4). The plate has a cylindrical housing that is drilled, at its center, with a hole for the passage of a screw permitting the fixation of a connection axle cooperating with a tube (8) in an indexed position. The tube provides connection between the wall and a mirror. The axle is fixed in the plate in the indexed position by using a pin. A pivoting unit (9) is connected to the plate by using the tube, and permits to tilt the mirror in angular positions with respect to the wall.
