The pole has a barrel (3) whose cylindrical lower part (3a) is arm holed with a small clearance in a cylindrical base (4), where the base is fixed on a horizontal support (5). An inner surface of the base is made of a low fiction coefficient material, where the material is implemented under the form of a ring (10) that is encased on a top part (4a) of the base. A support zone of the barrel is made of aluminum. The lower part of the barrel is in support on a support element e.g. ball (9), where the ball rests on a frayed stud inside the base.
