The reducer has reversibility units with external and internal friction disks (8, 9) for authorizing the movement of a driving shaft without driving the displacement of all or a part of the reducer. The friction disks (9) are connected to a support (11) fixed on an actuating shaft (12), and a flexible belt (3) comprises a metallic insert, where the belt (3) cooperates with a fixed belt (2). The disks (8, 9) slides with respect to each other, when a force higher than a determined threshold is applied directly on the shaft, and the belts are made of plastic.
