The indicator (10) has a case (100) to which a pressure sensor (200) is connected. An LCD display (300) is placed in the case and displays a value representing a physical amplitude e.g. medical fluid pressure, measured by the sensor. The case has a metallic connection insert (500) to which the sensor is fixed by welding. The insert has a hexagonal shaped section (520), and a groove (510) for immobilization of the insert in translation and rotation with respect to the case. The groove cooperates with a rib (111) formed during the molding of the insert on a body of the case. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a valve/expansion valve element for a pressurized gas cylinder (2) a gas cylinder comprising an assembly of valve/expansion valve.
