The part has a cab interior panel (16) connected to a vehicle structure (12) and provided with a projection edge (27) turned towards a glass bay i.e. windscreen. A seal (18) e.g. bi-material lip seal, is positioned between the projection edge of the panel and the glass bay, and contacts with the glass bay. The seal is connected to the vehicle structure independent of the panel. An insulation trim (20) is distinct from the panel and provided with an insulation material panel (28).
